Cancellation & Deposit Policy A 25% deposit is required to secure all transportation reservations. Deposits are non-refundable and confirm the scheduled date, time, and vehicle availability. For reservations scheduled more than 30 days in advance, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Arlington Group Transportation reserves the right to determine whether any portion of the remaining balance may be credited or applied toward a future service date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled service date are non-refundable, as transportation availability has been reserved exclusively for your group. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full reservation amount. *
